Agena MassARRAY® end-point PCR + mass spectrometry system

The Agena MassARRAY® System is a powerful, mass spectrometry-based platform for targeted genetic analysis, delivering accurate, cost-effective, and highly multiplexed detection of genetic variants. By combining PCR amplification with MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry, the system enables rapid analysis of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), mutations, insertions/deletions, copy number variations, and DNA methylation markers.
