Takara SmartChip® high-throughput real-time PCR system
The Takara SmartChip® system is an advanced platform designed for high-throughput PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) experiments. Renowned for its precision, efficiency, and flexibility, the system is ideal for gene expression studies, SNP genotyping, and other molecular biology applications requiring rapid and accurate data generation. The Takara SmartChip® system excels in handling large volumes of samples simultaneously, significantly reducing the time needed to complete extensive PCR assays. It can process up to 5,184 reactions per chip, making it an invaluable tool for laboratories processing hundreds or thousands of samples in a single run.
Designed with flexibility in mind, the Takara SmartChip® system can accommodate various experimental setups and is easily scalable to meet evolving research needs. Whether for small or large-scale experiments, the system can be configured for optimal performance. Standard BioTools Biomark™ X high -throughput real-time PCR system
The Standard BioTools Biomark™ X system is a state-of-the-art high-throughput real-time PCR platform designed for a wide range of molecular biology applications. This advanced system excels in delivering precise, efficient, and scalable solutions e.g. for gene expression analysis and genotyping. Leveraging cutting-edge microfluidic technology, the Biomark™ X system can simultaneously process thousands of reactions, significantly accelerating data acquisition and reducing time to results. Its versatility supports various chemistries, including probe-based and intercalating dyes (e.g. SYBR® Green and TaqMan™), ensuring accurate and reproducible results across different experimental setups.
The Standard BioTools Biomark™ X system provides Nordic Laboratories a possibility to run tens of thousands of datapoints daily.
Roche LightCycler® 480 II real-time PCR system
The LightCycler® 480 Instrument is a rapid, plate-based thermal block cycler equipped with real-time, online detection capabilities. Featuring an enhanced Peltier-based technology within a silver block, the instrument ensures exceptional temperature consistency and reproducibility among wells. Its unique optical components design guarantees uniform signal collection across the plate, making analysis independent of sample position.
This system supports all current dye and probe formats (e.g. SYBR® Green and TaqMan™), offering fast and precise detection of nucleic acids and genotyping. The channels and filters can be used in various combinations to allow flexibility in both single-color and multiplex assays.
The LightCycler® 480 Instrument allows Nordic Laboratories to run smaller and more specific gene expression and genotyping projects cost-effectively without needing to have large sample numbers or big assay panels.
